Bulldog is open for business to Support First Responders.

Dear Valued Bulldog Fire & Emergency Partner:

Bulldog is open for business to Support First Responders

We would like to begin by thanking you for your partnership with Bulldog Fire Apparatus Inc. Due to the extreme current COVID-19 environment, we would like to provide an update on our team, facilities, operations, and general business availability; and all the additional precautions we are taking to keep our employees, supply chain partners, service providers and customers as safe as possible during these difficult times.

As of today, all Bulldog Fire Apparatus Inc., manufacturing plants, service facilities, and parts supply operations are open and operating to meet our Fire & EMS Department needs. In all our facilities we have established and implemented communication procedures for employees and managers to deal with COVID-19 circumstances. We are encouraging social distancing practices in the workplace, including on our manufacturing shop floors where possible. All our facilities are on lock down and any visitors will only be allowed in our visitor’s seating area. Our facilities are working with our janitorial staffs across Bulldog locations to ensure that deep cleaning methods are followed regularly at each site, including industry best practice disinfectant processes and daily disinfectant wipe-downs of high-touch areas like time clocks, machine handles, and break rooms.

Bulldog has also severely restricted travel, both outbound by our team members, but also for any visitors including customers and suppliers to our facilities for the safety of all. We remain ready and available to respond to your needs by phone, Skype, Zoom, or email. We are currently fully operational, and we continue to take and fulfill orders each day.

Finally, our executive committee is regularly monitoring and assessing local, state, and federal announcements, directives and guidelines. Although these recommendations and requirements are frequently changing and, at times, contradictory, we are committed to taking every reasonable measure to ensure that we are operating in accordance with the then-prevailing legal and regulatory requirements and best practices in our industry. As this landscape continues to shift, and we have properly completed our assessment of any necessary adjustments to Bulldog work schedules or practices, and the potential impact on fulfilling any customers requirements, we will communicate them to our customer and supplier partners.

Thank you for your continued support during these unprecedented times. Please reach out to anyone on the Bulldog Team with any questions or inquiries.
